Artist Scott Wilkowski Infects 6 Designer Toys <\/em><\/p>\n July 11 \u2013 July 15, 2012\u00a0 San Diego Comic-Con \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0Scott Wilkowski has been busy putting skulls, skeletons and creepy creatures inside favorite designer toys. For \u2026Of All Ages, <\/em>the follow up to his last solo show Skin Deep<\/em>, Scott infects Ron English\u2019s \u201cMousemask Murphy\u201d, Ferg\u2019s \u201cMisfortune Cat\u201d, David Horvath\u2019s \u201cFlatwoods\u201d, Frank Kozik\u2019s \u201cLabbit\u201d, Kathie Olivas\u2019 \u201cTwo Faced Hazel\u201d, and Brandt Peters\u2019 \u201cSkelve\u201d.<\/p>\n The show will premiere July 11th<\/sup> at the DKE Toys booth #4728 during 2012 San Diego Comic-Con.<\/p>\n Scott Wilkowski, Ron English, Ferg, David Horvath, and Frank Kozik will all be in attendance at San Diego Comic-Con. \u00a0There will be signings with all attending artists. *Signing dates and times to be announced.<\/em><\/p>\n Each of the six hand-cast resin editions will be limited to 25 pieces of two different colors each (50 total of each style).<\/p>\n Prices are as follows:<\/p>\n $125 \u2013 Ferg\u2019s Misfortune Cat<\/em><\/p>\n $125 \u2013 David Horvath\u2019s Flatwoods<\/em><\/p>\n $150 \u2013 Frank Kozik\u2019s Labbit 5\u201d by Kid Robot<\/em><\/p>\n $250 \u2013 Ron English\u2019s Mousemask Murphy<\/em><\/p>\n $300 \u2013 Brandt Peters\u2019 Skelve<\/em><\/p>\n $300 \u2013 Kathie Olivas\u2019 Two Faced Hazel<\/em><\/p>\n *Release dates and times to be announced.<\/em><\/p>\n Scott wanted to go beyond the more standard bones seen in his previous show Skin Deep <\/em>(www.skindeepartshow.com<\/a>) and said that \u2026Of All Ages<\/em> will feature, \u201calien sightings, ancient Greek one-eyed giants, flying war legends, and mystics of fortune\u2013 …Of All Ages<\/em> encompasses myth and mysticism dating from 8th century BC to 1952 AD.\u201d<\/p>\n \u2026Of All Ages<\/em> is presented by DKE Toys. Dov and Sarah Jo have produced several art shows together including: The Vader Project<\/em>, Spoonful of Star Wars<\/em>, STUFFED: a plush food show<\/em>, The Custom Yoka Show<\/em>, and the prequel to \u2026Of All Ages<\/em>, Skin Deep, by Scott Wilkowski<\/em>.<\/p>\n Scott Wilkowski<\/strong> is a Wisconsin-based artist and sculptor. He perfected the process he used to produce \u2026Of All Ages<\/em> for The<\/em> Custom Yoka Show,<\/em> which premiered at Designer Con in 2009. His piece was the first to sell and was so popular it became a special edition with new pieces showing and selling out at each of the seven stops on The Custom Yoka Show<\/em> US gallery tour. The pieces he created in collaboration with designer toy creator JAMUNGO for San Diego Comic-Con in 2010 and 2011 were also instant sell-outs. In 2011 Scott came up with Skin Deep<\/em> featuring 6 \u201cinfected\u201d designer toys. Skin Deep<\/em> showed at Designer Con and later traveled to Lulubell Toy Bodega and Screaming Sky Gallery.
