6 days ago Dov and I were sitting on a cement bench outside the Hilton Gaslamp across the street from the Convention Center at about 8:30pm . So tired and unable to get up to make the next move, I checked my email on my phone. The next thing you know I am reading the nominations for the Designer Toy Awards out loud to a small group of friends.
I did not expect to see our names there. But sure enough, Dov and I are nominated for Best Collection.

The Scott Wilkowski x Ferg “Misfortune Cat” was not released during San Diego Comic-Con because it was not ready in time. Ferg is handling the release on the Collect and Destroy message board. The thread is here. CAD is going to cap the list on Friday. So if you want one, and you qualify, sign up today.

“As most of you know the SDCC Infected Misfortune cats were not finished in time for the Con. The good news is that DKE has agreed to release them here. I have to admit I am stoked about this because they will now all end up in the hands of true collectors.
Put your name on the list in this thread if you are interested in one. The cost is $125 plus shipping. If the list goes over 60 pcs we will do a lottery style drawing. You must be recruit status or higher to enter. (or have a join date prior to July 2011)”

Gay Energon: Roddiums Pride will release on Thursday at 11am during a signing with The Sucklord. $125, 40 available, 3 and 3/4” tall on blister card.
The Gay Enterprise 2 Pack will release on Thursday at 11am during a signing with The Sucklord. $150, 30 available, 3 and 3/4” tall on blister card.
The Toy Whose Name We Shall Not Speak will release on Thursday at 11am during a signing with The Sucklord. $150, 9 available.

As previously announced, here is Scott Wilkowski’s interpretation of Ferg’s Misfortune Cat for …Of All Ages.
This 3-eyed critter will be available in 2 colorways, green and black, as pictured, and will retail for $125 each.
The Misfortune Cat will release on Thursday 7/12 at 4pm. Followed by a signing with Scott Wilkowski and Ferg at 5pm at DKE Toys booth #4728.

We have been waiting on announcing this in hopes of a great image – well…you can see how that went! So…here we have an idea of what FIGMENT will be like. Sculpted and created by Brendan Monroe and produced by Grody Shogun/Luke Rook from beautifully clear Japanese vinyl. This is an edition of 100 pieces, 50 pieces clear red and 50 pieces clear blue.
FIGMENT sits comfortably on the edge of any flat surface. From head to toe he measures 12”.
FIGMENT will be available starting Wednesday night at San Diego Comic-Con. Brendan Monroe will be signing at the DKE Toys booth #4728 on Saturday, 7/14 at 3pm. 
Here is the previously unannounced Slenderman by Fuei Shokai. This is the SDCC Kage Version and is limited to 9 pieces. He is about 6″ tall in beautiful Japanese vinyl. Slenderman will be available starting Wednesday night. Slenderman is $55. 
No rest here at DKE! Here is the Reanimated Monster by Grody Shogun. They are $35 each. Pull the string out of the top of Grody’s head and watch him RUMBLE!

Meet Young Gohst from Ferg x Grody Shogun. He is 3″ tall and made of white Japanese vinyl. While the subscription service for this figure line has been offered previously, this is the first public release of this figure.
DKE Toys will have an edition of 50 pieces and they are $35 each.
Ferg and Luke Rook will be signing at the DKE booth #4728 on Saturday, July 14 at 4pm, and Ferg will also be signing with Scott Wilkowski on Thursday, July 12 at 5pm.
